Man Acquitted of 102 Sexual Assault Counts

Fifty-eight (58) year old business owner was charged with One hundred and two (102) sexual assault counts including Rape, Gross Sexual Imposition, and Kidnapping. Nine (9) former employees made the allegations that the offenses happened while they were employed by the Defendant.

A thirty-nine (39) year old Geauga County business owner was indicted, along with seven codefendants, with multiple offenses in connection with the Ohio Department of Transportation corruption probe.

A twenty-two year old Case Western Reserve University student was indicted on one count of Rape and one count of Gross Sexual Imposition after a fellow student lodged a complaint at the University Hospital of Cleveland.
