Mr. Nemecek is responsible for authoring pertinent administrative, trial, and appellate arguments warranted by criminal allegations lodged against our clients. His strengths include conducting legal research, crafting legal briefs including evidentiary matters, and occasions when higher courts need to consider procedural or factual errors.
Mr. Nemecek also has vast experience with appellate issues, spanning the gamut of criminal offenses. He is often involved in administrative and licensing hearings, including the representation of nurses, teachers and other professionals before their respective disciplinary boards, when such individuals find themselves in jeopardy of being sanctioned or losing their professional licenses--even in cases when there is no criminal conduct involved.
