On Monday, June 30, 2014, Suarez, with his family closely by his side, exited the Federal Courthouse in downtown Ohio after Suarez was found not guilty of violating campaign finance laws, and his company and co-defendant in the case, Suarez Corporation Industries was found not guilty on all counts.
