Law enforcement officer was charged with Rape and kidnapping in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas. The State of Ohio alleged that while working a secondary security detail, the Defendant sexually assaulted and kidnapped the accuser in an unmarked police vehicle. At the jury trial, the State relied upon testimony from the accuser and cellular positional data when presenting their case.
