The State of Ohio indicted the defendant with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide stemming from a fatal collision involving the defendant’s automobile and the decedent’s illegal minibike. The State claimed that the defendant was reckless due to his purported high rate of speed in the crowded area where a car meetup was occurring.
Not Guilty
