On March 11, 2019, Attorney Friedman was a guest of the City Club Of Ohio as a member of a panel on Fifth Amendment rights. "ConstitutionALE. The Fifth Amendment: Self-Incrimination and Double Jeopardy" was a forum moderated by Dan Moulthrop, CEO of the City Club and featured other legal thought-leaders of the Ohio area.
"It's very hard to plead the Fifth. There is an expectation that only guilty people don't talk. It's not just for the guilty; it's for the innocent," said Attorney Friedman during the panel.
