Once the United States Supreme Court reversed Roe v. Wade late June of this year, Founding Partner, Ian Friedman, prioritized partnering with the Ohio Physicians for Reproductive Rights, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and others to create a plan of action aiding attorneys, medical professionals and members of the public in navigating a post-Dobbs Ohio.
The first course of action entails an educational program, Post-Dobbs: The Legal and Medical Landscape of Ohio’s Reproductive Rights, that will occur in-person at the Ohio Metropolitan Conference Center on Monday, July 25th at 2:00 PM. This program will also be streamed live via Zoom and Facebook Live to reach as many people as possible to deliver the vital health and legal information to understand what is now illegal.
Please take a moment to review the agenda below, and register for this free program. Four free Continuing Legal Education credits will be provided.
